18 killed in plane explosion in Nepal’s capital Kathmandu

At least 18 people were killed when a plane exploded after taking off from the runway in Nepal’s capital Kathmandu due to a technical fault.

A Selaria Airlines flight took off from Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport for Pokhara with a technical crew. As the plane took off from the runway due to a sudden technical fault, it exploded and crashed.

And as the fire continued to burn in the plane, the rescuers who came on the information, engaged in extinguishing the fire. The plane crashed in the accident.

The bodies of 18 people who died in the plane crash were recovered. The pilot was rescued and hospitalized. Rescue teams were involved in the rescue of the remaining people.
