23 security personnel killed in Taliban attack in Afghanistan …
Heavy clashes broke out today between security forces and the Taliban in the Abad district of the northern Afghan province of Faryab. 23 security personnel were killed in the clash. 6 guards were injured.
Talks are underway between the Afghan government and the Taliban terrorist organization to end more than 19 years of civil war in Afghanistan.
But despite the peace talks, terrorist attacks in Afghanistan have not stopped. Taliban terrorists have been carrying out a series of attacks targeting security forces and guards.
