70 lakh cattle died in Mongolia due to snowstorm

A snowstorm is raging in Mongolia that is worse than normal.

Mongolia is located high above sea level between Russia, China and Tibet. As a result, 10 months of the year, Mongolia experiences cold weather at minus 30 degrees Celsius. In this situation, a terrible blizzard is blowing in Mongolia.

Due to this there is heavy snowfall in the provinces. Because of this, the entire country of Mongolia is covered with snow. Crops and pastures were damaged by the blizzard. As a result, people are suffering because they are unable to produce food. In this situation, 70 lakh cattle have died in Mongolia due to food shortage caused by severe drought, the Ministry of Interior of that country has said.
