During his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi firmly urged that nuclear weapons should not be used against Ukraine under any circumstances. His stance was appreciated by Poland’s Deputy Foreign Minister Bartosz Wisocki.
In his statement, the Polish minister recalled Modi’s emphasis that dialogue is the only viable solution to the Ukraine-Russia conflict and that war is not a means to resolve issues.
Furthermore, he expressed Poland’s desire for lasting peace in the Ukrainian region.
