TASMAC Scam Will Shake Tamil Nadu Politics – BJP State President Annamalai’s Strong Allegations
The TASMAC scam, which has caused widespread controversy and corruption in the Tamil Nadu government’s administration, will completely shake up state politics, said Tamil Nadu BJP State President K. Annamalai.
Speaking to reporters after participating in a black flag protest in front of his residence in Chennai, Annamalai made strong criticisms against the Tamil Nadu government’s actions. He accused Chief Minister M.K. Stalin of surrendering Tamil Nadu’s irrigation rights and other crucial state interests to neighboring states, which, according to him, is a betrayal of the people’s welfare.
Furthermore, he condemned the ruling DMK for staging a political drama under the guise of constituency reorganization. He clarified that the number of constituencies in Tamil Nadu will not be reduced as a result of this restructuring and accused the government of misleading the public with its actions.
Annamalai went on to assert that the TASMAC scam is massive and will not only disrupt Tamil Nadu politics but will also send shockwaves across India. He insisted that those involved in the scandal must be arrested and that a thorough investigation must be conducted into the irregularities in government-run liquor stores.
He emphasized that the people of Tamil Nadu will not tolerate such corruption and misgovernance any longer and warned that the DMK government will face severe consequences for its actions.
