Annamalai to Be Given National Role, Says Amit Shah

Central Home Minister Amit Shah has announced that former Tamil Nadu BJP President K. Annamalai will be assigned a national-level responsibility within the party.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Amit Shah stated that the BJP has received a nomination from Nainar Nagendran for the position of Tamil Nadu BJP President.

He praised Annamalai’s contributions, saying, “As Tamil Nadu BJP President, Annamalai achieved commendable milestones. He played a significant role in taking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s policies to the grassroots level.”

Amit Shah further assured that the BJP will continue to utilize Annamalai’s talents in the party’s national framework, indicating a broader role for the young leader at the central level.
