Pakistan’s Growing International Isolation – “Operation Sindoor” Exposes the Truth!

Pakistan, which has long been suspected as the epicenter of global terrorism, has been unequivocally exposed by India’s “Operation Sindoor,” which targeted terrorist camps operating in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and Pakistan’s border areas. On April 22nd, 26 innocent tourists were brutally killed in an attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir. This attack was claimed by The Resistance Front (TRF), a shadow organization of Lashkar-e-Taiba, which is based in Pakistan.

Following this, the Indian military launched “Operation Sindoor,” targeting nine confirmed terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The operation resulted in the destruction of 21 terrorist training camps, and more than 100 terrorists were killed in a coordinated strike by the Indian armed forces, completed in just 25 minutes.

In the aftermath, the United Nations Security Council meeting, which Pakistan hoped would turn in its favor, saw all member nations questioning Pakistan’s ties to terrorist groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba. The international community raised concerns about the undeniable links between Pakistan and these terrorist organizations, which have been operating under different names, including TRF, Jaish-e-Mohammed, and Jamaat-ud-Dawa, to further their jihadist goals.

Pakistan’s longstanding denial of supporting terrorism was further questioned by the international community, particularly regarding the country’s complicity in the 2008 Mumbai attacks. The Pakistani government has been accused of providing safe haven to key terrorists like Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind behind the Mumbai attacks. Despite international pressure, Pakistan has failed to impose any significant punishment on such figures. Even after Hafiz Saeed was convicted, he was given a light sentence, raising doubts about Pakistan’s commitment to countering terrorism.

Pakistan has also been found guilty of deceiving international bodies like the FATF (Financial Action Task Force) by masking the true nature of its jihadist organizations. For instance, after the banning of Jamaat-ud-Dawa, the group rebranded itself as Falah-e-Insaniyat Foundation, continuing its operations under a different guise. Likewise, Pakistan has allowed organizations like Al-Rahmat Trust (ART), which masquerades as an educational and charity organization, to fundraise for terrorism.

After the success of “Operation Sindoor,” the bodies of the killed terrorists were draped in Pakistan’s national flag, and top Pakistani military officers and government officials attended the funeral, showing their tacit support for terrorism. Pakistan’s repeated claims of having no ties to terrorism now appear hollow, especially as it continues to provide backing to groups targeting India and other neighboring countries.

India’s Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson, Vikram Misri, has highlighted the lies and falsehoods propagated by Pakistan, citing the case of terrorist Sajid Mir. Despite initially reporting Mir’s death, international pressure forced Pakistan to admit that he was alive and arrest him. This incident further exposes Pakistan’s fraudulent tactics in deceiving the world.

Now, as global nations increasingly recognize Pakistan’s role in supporting terrorism, it is expected that appropriate punitive measures will soon be taken against Pakistan. The international community, led by countries with direct experience of Pakistan’s terrorist activities, is calling for a comprehensive response, including economic sanctions and diplomatic isolation, to hold Pakistan accountable for its continuous support of terrorism.
