‘She Doesn’t Want To Speak…’: Andy Byron’s Wife ‘Laying Low’ After Coldplay Kiss Cam Controversy

Megan Kerrigan, the wife of Andy Byron, is currently staying at her family’s estate in Maine following a viral kiss-cam moment that revealed the former Astronomer CEO’s alleged affair.

The widely circulated Coldplay concert kiss-cam clip exposed a romantic relationship between Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot, the company’s head of human resources.

Megan Kerrigan Retreats to Family’s Maine Home

Megan Kerrigan, the spouse of disgraced former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, is reportedly keeping a low profile at her family’s $2.4 million estate in Maine after the viral kiss-cam footage from a Coldplay concert in Boston captured her husband and HR chief Kristin Cabot smiling on the big screen before quickly ducking away. The video ignited a social media storm with widespread speculation about infidelity.

Kerrigan Removes Surname on Facebook

Though Megan Kerrigan hasn’t issued a public statement, she discreetly removed “Byron” from her Facebook name shortly after the clip started gaining attention. Her Facebook and Instagram profiles were later deactivated, as many online users expressed support.

“She dropped his name and stayed silent. That said it all,” one user posted on X (formerly Twitter). “What a classy move. Go Megan.”

‘Everyone Saw It’: Neighbours Speak Out

Reports suggest Megan is staying at the four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence with several family members, including her elder sister Maura. According to Daily Mail, relatives were seen arriving at the property over the weekend. One neighbour, speaking anonymously, said, “Everyone’s seen the video, but the family isn’t willing to discuss it.”

Other locals criticized Andy Byron’s actions as “shameful” and voiced sympathy for Megan and her children. “They deserve their privacy,” another neighbour said.

Andy Byron Steps Down

Andy Byron resigned from his CEO post at Astronomer—a software company valued at over $1.3 billion—citing a failure to uphold company standards. Kristin Cabot has reportedly been placed on leave amid the controversy. The firm’s interim CEO, Pete DeJoy, acknowledged the unwanted publicity.

DeJoy said, “The developments over the past few days have attracted an amount of media exposure that most startups, particularly in our small data and AI niche, rarely experience. The attention has been surreal for our team. While I would never have wanted it to unfold this way, Astronomer is now widely recognized.”
