Bharti Singh’s Transformation Journey
Bharti Singh’s weight loss journey has been an inspiration to many. She dropped around 15–16 kilograms over a period of 10 months, surprising fans with her transformation. She has since maintained a healthier way of living. In a Bharti TV podcast episode, she shared that her weight went down from 91 kg to 76 kg.
“I myself couldn’t believe I lost this much weight. But I feel good, light, and energetic now. I no longer feel breathless and my conditions like diabetes and asthma are better managed,” Bharti shared.
She attributed her fitness results to intermittent fasting and specifically followed a 16:8 schedule.
Bharti explained, “I don’t eat anything between 7 pm and 12 noon. My first meal is after noon. I’ve eaten without limits for 30–32 years, so I gave my body one year to heal and adjust.”
Even with dietary changes, Bharti made sure not to completely deny herself the foods she loves.
