Two youths have been arrested for assaulting passengers aboard a moving train near Nagri Halt, Bihar, allegedly to create a viral video.
In a shocking development, two young men were filmed attacking passengers on a moving train in Bihar, reportedly to record a video and gain attention on social media.
The incident occurred near Nagri Halt in Bhojpur district, and the video soon went viral across social platforms.
What’s Shown in the Video?
The video, shared by the Railway Protection Force (RPF), shows the two men—dressed in vests and jeans—standing by the railway tracks holding sticks. As the train passes, one of them strikes passengers seated on the footboard near the doorway.
The latter part of the video, as posted by the RPF, shows both accused individuals standing behind officers at the RPF station. A First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against them. According to the RPF, the entire assault appears to have been staged to produce a social media reel.
“#RPF arrested 02 youths for attacking passengers in a viral video shot near #NagriHalt, Bihar, during the crossing of a train. FIR registered, others are being traced. Investigation underway,” the RPF stated in a post on X.
Authorities further mentioned that efforts are underway to identify and apprehend others involved in the incident.
They issued a stern warning, noting that such actions pose grave danger not only to train passengers but also to the perpetrators. Officials emphasised that filming risky stunts for likes and online fame could lead to serious consequences.

The disturbing visuals evoked strong condemnation online, with several netizens demanding strict legal action.
