Paritosh Tripathi, Wife Meenakshi Chand Blessed with a Baby Girl: ‘Bitiya Ka Baap’
Paritosh Tripathi shared the happy news with a heartfelt poem, a Sanskrit shloka, and a poster that read, “Welcome, baby girl. Born May 23, 2025. Paritosh & Meenakshi.”
Comedian and actor Paritosh Tripathi and his wife Meenakshi Chand have been blessed with a baby girl. Sharing the joyful update, the Kapil Sharma Show fame posted on Instagram, including a touching poem, a Sanskrit verse, and a poster featuring a butterfly along with the words, “Welcome, baby girl. Born May 23, 2025. Paritosh & Meenakshi.” The couple had announced the pregnancy back in December last year.
In the emotional poem expressing his heartfelt sentiments, Paritosh wrote, “Bahot bolne wala chupchap hai, barasti ankhein keh rahi, wo bitiya ka baap hai.”
Fans and celebrities quickly filled the comment section with warm wishes for the new parents. Actor Suyyash Rai wrote, “Boht boht mubarak Mumma Papa ko aur dono parivaaron ko boht boht badhaaii.”
Surbhi Chandna, extending her greetings, commented, “Wow, big congratulations.”
Falaq Naazz also congratulated the couple, and Gautam Rode wrote, “Bahut bahut Mubarak dono ko.”

Paritosh Tripathi and Meenakshi had announced their pregnancy through a touching social media post last year. In that announcement, Paritosh had expressed his heartfelt wish to become the father of a baby girl.
Now blessed with a daughter, Paritosh recalled how a poem he recited during the Father’s Day episode of Super Dancer had changed the course of his life. Speaking to Hindustan Times, he shared, “Raaton raat meri zindagi badal gai, ussi se famous hua main. I was writing content and poems and reciting them as well. But the one that went viral was the recitation of poet late Om Vyas’s ‘Pita’ during the Father’s Day episode in Super Dancer (2017). I am known as a comedian Mamaji, but after that recital, people began to take me seriously. As an actor, I used to receive a lot of love, but as a poet, I now receive respect too.”
Paritosh Tripathi gained popularity through The Kapil Sharma Show and later made a mark in acting with his performances in films like Janhit Mein Jaari, Luv Ki Arrange Marriage, among others.
