The party’s senior leader Tamilisai Soundararajan has said that his positive comments about the BJP are sometimes misrepresented as against the state president.
BJP’s state central committee meeting was held at Kamalalayam, the BJP headquarters in T. Nagar, Chennai.
In this, BJP Tamil Nadu top officials Arvind Menon, Sudhakar Reddy, Union Minister L. Murugan, party state president Annamalai, Nayanar Nagendran, Vanathi Srinivasan, Pon. Radhakrishnan, H. Raja and members of the Central Committee were present.
Tamilisai Soundararajan, who participated as a special invitee in the meeting, later met the media. At that time, he said that NEET is a promising exam for many poor students. Tamilisai Soundararajan said that nobody can stop the expansion.
Following this, senior BJP leader H. Raja, who met the media, said that the recommendations given by retired Justice Chanduru to the Tamil Nadu government to avoid caste problems in schools are against the majority community. He also questioned whether banning tilak on the forehead would also ban hijab.
Therefore, H. Raja said that the BJP is going to make a request to the government to completely reject Justice Sanduru’s recommendations.
