5 special forces have been formed to nab former minister M.R.Vijayabaskar in the Rs 100 crore land grabbing complaint. CBCID police have formed 5 special forces and are searching for M.R.Vijayabaskar who is absconding.
Prakash, a businessman from Karur, had recently lodged a complaint that former AIADMK minister M.R.Vijayabaskar had seized his 22 acres of land worth Rs 100 crore through fake documents. Subsequently, Karur-Melakarur sub-registrar Mohammad Abdul Kadar also lodged a complaint about land grabbing at Karur Town Police Station.
Based on this, a case was registered under 8 sections against a total of 7 people including Shobana, Yuvraj and Praveen. Fearing that his name might be added to it, MR Vijayabaskar had filed a petition seeking anticipatory bail in the Karur District Principal Sessions Court on June 12.
When the hearing on this petition took place on June 25, the court dismissed MR Vijayabaskar’s petition. While the case was transferred to CBCID, Mr. Vijayabaskar absconded as anticipatory bail was also denied.
The CBCID police are trying hard to arrest absconding former AIADMK minister MR Vijayabaskar. In this case, five special forces have been formed to catch Vijayabaskar and CBCID special forces police are searching for him.
