Armstrong Assassination: The police have set up special forces and are actively searching for Armstrong’s killers. First, 11 people including Ponnai Balu, Suresh’s brother from Arcot were arrested in connection with this incident. The rowdy was shot dead in the Thiruvenkadam encounter.
However, the murder investigation did not stop with these 11 people. Many people are being arrested continuously. DMK executive’s son Satish, AIADMK executive Malarkodi and his assistant Hariharan have also been arrested in this murder case. Meanwhile, the police suspect that BJP’s mail is also related to Armstrong’s murder case.
Anjalai: Police are trying to nab Anjalai who is absconding. Meanwhile, BJP State Vice President Karu Nagarajan has announced that Anjali will be relieved of all responsibilities of the party as she has been involved in activities that tarnish the reputation of the party.
Expulsion from BJP: In a statement issued by him in this regard, “Anjalai, who was working as the District Vice President of North Chennai West District, was found to be involved in activities that tarnished the reputation of the party, and as per the instructions of the state leadership, he is immediately relieved from all the responsibilities of the party. Therefore, the party’s administrators and volunteers should not have any contact on behalf of the party. It is advised not to take it,” it said.
