Crowdstrike president and CEO George Kurtz explained that changes in the Crowdstrike update caused software disruptions.
Most Microsoft services are affected by changes in software updates. Users are getting confused as they are getting ‘blue screen of death’ on their computer after the new update. Most of the Windows users have experienced the Blue Screen of Death
Due to this, the work in various sectors such as airline services, markets, commercial companies, banks, stock markets have been paralyzed.
He further said:- This is not a cyber attack or a security breach. Changes in the Crowdstrike update caused a glitch in the software.
The problem has been identified. Remedial work is in progress.
Mac and Linux users are not affected. The Crowdstrike website will be continuously updated to ensure security and stability for Crowdstrike customers, he said.
