Central Minister L.Murugan has said that India has made significant achievements in tiger conservation.
International Tiger Day is observed on 29th July every year. On this occasion, Central Minister L.Murugan has said that 70 percent of the world’s tigers are found in India.
He also listed the statistics for it. In that way, the number of tigers in India, which was 1,411 in 2006, has increased by two and a half times to 3,682 in the last year, he said.
Central Minister L.Murugan said in the recording that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the central government is proud of the projects being carried out to protect the majestic creatures.
