India has won a total of 20 medals in the Paralympic Games so far.
The 17th Paralympic Games for the differently abled are underway in Paris, the capital of France. 4,400 sportsmen and women from all over the world have participated in this. 84 male and female players have participated on behalf of India.
Indian player Deepti Jeevanji won the bronze medal in the 400m women’s T20 race final yesterday. With this, the Indian team has won a total of 20 medals in the Para Olympic Games including 3 gold, 6 silver and 11 bronze.
