A trial run was held on the world’s highest railway bridge constructed in Jammu and Kashmir.
A railway bridge has been constructed to connect Ramban and Reazi over the Jenab river in Reazi region of Jammu and Kashmir. 35 meters higher than the Eiffel Tower, the base of the bridge looks like a football field.
This bridge was opened in 2022. The trial run has been successfully conducted as the train service is about to start here soon. Similarly, the Northern Railway has also announced that the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla rail link project will be completed by the end of this year.
