AMMK General Secretary TTV Dhinakaran has strongly criticized the DMK government’s budget, stating that a financial statement that should focus on welfare schemes is instead filled with unnecessary advertisements and unfulfilled election promises.
He accused the DMK of creating unnecessary controversies in recent times and claimed that even in this year’s budget, the government has merely made attractive announcements to lure the public. He further stated that this budget clearly reflects the fact that it is the last full-fledged budget to be presented by the DMK government.
Additionally, he sarcastically remarked that, since this financial statement does not provide solutions to any major issues, instead of being titled “Everything for Everyone,” it would be more appropriate to call it “Nothing for Anyone.”
