Bahujan Samaj Party Tamil Nadu President Armstrong has been killed and a new president has been chosen.
Armstrong, who was the Tamil Nadu president of the Bahujan Samaj Party, was assassinated. Subsequently, P. Anandhan has been selected as the new state president of the party. He is a Supreme Court lawyer. Anandan contested the 2009 Lok Sabha elections on behalf of the Bahujan Samaj Party from Tiruvallur constituency and was defeated.
Anandan, who has been working with Armstrong since 2006, is currently appointed as the state president of the BSP. Anandan appeared in the cases against Armstrong and acquitted him of all cases.
