Because it was not just the Congress MP who voted in favor of the lottery, but also the son of former Finance Minister of India P. Chidambaram. Because Martin is very close to many Union Ministers, including P. Chidambaram. Meanwhile, the Tamil Nadu government is in deep economic crisis.
