Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who won the recent Lok Sabha elections on behalf of the BJP, has asked the people of her Lok Sabha constituency Mandi in Himachal Pradesh to bring their Aadhaar card if they want to meet her. Congress has strongly criticized this.

In the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections, various stars contested on behalf of the BJP. Accordingly, famous Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut contested in Mandi constituency of Himachal Pradesh.

He has won this election by defeating the Congress candidate. He has been sworn in as an MP, and on the other hand, he has been acting in Bollywood films.

Kangana Ranaut: Meanwhile, actress Kangana Ranaut said while talking to the media, “Himachal Pradesh attracts a lot of tourists from all over the country.. So people coming from Mandi region must bring Aadhaar card to meet me. Also, to ensure that people do not face any difficulty.. What are you coming for?” Bring it in writing as well.

Aadhaar required: Due to high number of tourists, common people are facing a lot of difficulties.. If people from northern Himachal want to meet me, they can directly come to my house in Manali.. People from Mandi can come to my MP office there.. Himachal Pradesh has a lot of tourists. I am asking you to bring Aadhaar so that the people of the area should not be affected. Also, it would be better if you meet me personally regarding your request,” he said.

Congress Sadal: The Congress has strongly criticized this comment of Kangana Ranaut. People’s representatives have criticized that it is not right to do so. Congress leader Vikramaditya Singh, who lost to Kangana Ranaut in the Mandi Lok Sabha constituency, said that those who want to meet him do not need to bring their Aadhaar card.

He further said, “We are people’s representatives. So, our responsibility is to meet the people of every part of the state.. Be it a small task, big task, policy matter, personal work, you can meet me anytime.. Aadhaar card is not required separately for this. “If someone comes to the people’s representative, they come for some work. It is not right to go to them and say, ‘Take this, take that,'” he said.

Lok Sabha Elections: In the ongoing Lok Sabha elections, Kangana Ranaut contested on behalf of the BJP from the Mandi constituency in Himachal Pradesh. Vikramaditya Singh, the son of former Himachal Pradesh chief minister Veerabhadra Singh and the current minister of Himachal Pradesh, was fielded on behalf of the Congress. In this election, Kangana Ranaut secured 5.37 lakh votes and won by a margin of about 75 thousand votes.
