At least 10 people were killed in a road accident in Gujarat’s Anand district on Wednesday morning.
Ten people were killed when a car collided head-on with an oncoming truck near Indranaj village in Anand district.
The accident took place on the highway connecting the Tarapur-Ahmed district north of Anand district. The truck, which was speeding, collided with the car, killing all 10 people on the spot, including the child in the car.
Work is underway to recover and identify the bodies in the car.
