Russia and Ukraine have agreed to implement a ceasefire in the Black Sea region, according to an announcement from the United States.
As per a statement released by the White House, a key aspect of this agreement is the cessation of the use of commercial ships for military purposes.
Earlier, representatives from the United States and Russia held new negotiations in Dubai regarding a ceasefire in Ukraine. Following these discussions, it has now been officially declared that both Russia and Ukraine have agreed to a ceasefire in the Black Sea.
