Court custody of former minister Senthil Balaji extended for 58th time

Former minister Senthil Balaji’s judicial custody has been extended for the 58th time.

Former Minister Senthil Balaji, who was arrested by the enforcement department under the Prohibition of Unlawful Money Transfer Act, is lodged in Puzhal Jail.

Senthil Balaji was arraigned through video after his judicial custody ended today. Then Judge Alli of the Principal Sessions Court of Madras ordered to extend his court custody till the 5th.

With this, Senthil Balaji’s judicial custody has been extended for the 58th time.
