Donal Bisht Says Bigg Boss Makers ‘Push You To Do Something’ For Drama

Actress Donal Bisht, known for Ek Deewaana Tha and her stint in Bigg Boss 15, has opened up about her experience inside the reality show, revealing that contestants are often encouraged to create drama.

Speaking to Filmygyan, Donal said her much-discussed argument with Tejasswi Prakash was just part of the show’s environment. “Once you come out, everything becomes normal again because the industry is small and we all work together. Inside the house, the atmosphere changes and leads to arguments. Bigg Boss is made for entertainment, so even the creatives try to make things controversial and push you to do something instead of just sitting quietly,” she explained.

The actress admitted she entered the show “naive and innocent,” without much knowledge about its dynamics. “I couldn’t catch hidden meanings or read between the lines,” she said, adding that the experience helped her mature and gain clarity about people and situations.

Donal expressed gratitude to the makers for giving her a platform that allowed personal growth. Post-Bigg Boss, she starred in the web series Tu Zakhm Hai and worked on an international film directed by Andrew Lau, shot in Foshan, China.
