Officials said AQIS is a designated terrorist group, prohibited under Indian law. “A terror cell with links to AQIS has been dismantled by the Gujarat ATS. Four individuals associated with the outlawed organization have been taken into custody,” read a statement issued by the ATS.
The arrested persons have been identified as:
- Mohd Faiq from Delhi
