House Looting Incident – Saavukku Shankar’s Fiery Statement!

A recent house looting incident in Chennai has created a massive controversy. Following this, the police arrested five individuals yesterday. However, due to improper filing of the case, the accused were released by the court. Criticizing the government’s inefficiency, Saavukku Shankar strongly condemned the authorities’ handling of the case.

Did the Police Fail to File the Case Properly? DGP Under Scrutiny!

Following the arrests, questions have been raised about the role of the Chennai DGP and the police department in handling this case. Saavukku Shankar has accused the police of failing to register the case properly and allowing the accused to escape legal consequences.

He stated:
“The main reason for this is that the court acquitted five people for not registering an FIR properly. But, when I came to the CBI office today for the third day, they gave me a copy of the FIR. The court acquitted them because the Chennai DSP did not register the case properly. The main reason why the court acquitted these five people is the police’s inaction. Who is responsible for this? The police? Or the officers who ordered the police?” he questioned.

Is There a Political Influence Behind This?

Chavku Shankar continued his speech and alleged that supporters of the DMK and Congress parties and Selva Perundakai, a member of the Congress party, are the main culprits in this case.“For years, political dominance has controlled law enforcement in Tamil Nadu. Many police officers now operate under political pressure rather than upholding justice. This is a dangerous trend. The government has made an unforgivable mistake in handling this case. And the person who must take responsibility for this failure is none other than Chief Minister M.K. Stalin!” he asserted.

“I Will Approach the Court Again” – Saavukku Shankar’s Determination

On the third consecutive day of visiting the CBI office, Saavukku Shankar received a copy of the FIR. Upon reviewing it, he claimed that the police had failed to file the case properly, leading to the court’s decision to release the accused.

“I will take this case back to court. I will not remain silent. I will ensure that this case is properly investigated and justice is served!” he declared.

This incident raises serious concerns about the functioning of Tamil Nadu’s police force and the state administration. The public is now watching closely to see whether justice will prevail in this controversial case.
