In the case of NEET, it is alleged that the DMK is beating the crap out of one of the election promises made when it came to power.
Health Minister Ma Subramanian met reporters at the Chennai General Secretariat. Reporters questioned the OPS ‘claim that the alleged resumption of NEET exam training by teachers in government schools would cause confusion among students. Mr. Subramanian said that it was the duty of the students to prepare for the NEET examination as it was in force till this very minute.
Mr. Subramanian replied that action would be taken in consultation with the Chief Minister regarding the reduction of fees for private NEET training centers.
But the DMK, which campaigned in the last assembly elections, said, “If we come to power, the first signature is NEET exemption.” But now the minister has said in a way that the people are shocked.
