“In the case of murder of BSP state president Armstrong, what is the need to have an early morning encounter with the surrender?” BJP state president Annamalai has questioned that and accused DMK of covering up the truth in this matter.

356 has not been invoked by the Bharatiya Janata Party government against any state government. The Congress government in Karnataka has been divisive and has not resolved the river water problem. Whereas neither the Tamil Nadu government nor the Chief Minister nor the Congress MP MLAs went to Karnataka to meet the Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
It can be said that if the Tamil Nadu government has spoken on behalf of the Karnataka Chief Minister then we can see whether he accepts or not. In what way is it acceptable to say that there is a conspiracy going on and the central government is not aware of it without even making basic efforts.

The Prime Minister is clear that in any state there is a law and order problem, it should be solved democratically. Nothing can be done unless the Tamil Nadu government understands this.
