In the first phase, India sent 30 tons of relief goods by air to the war-affected Palestine.
Hamas terrorists attacked Israel on Oct. 7 last year. They also took some Israelis as hostages. After this, Israel is attacking Gaza. This war has been going on for over a year.
In this case, 30 tons of medicines and food items were sent on behalf of India in the first phase.
In this regard, External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said: India has sent humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people. It is said that essential medicines and surgical supplies, general supplies and general medical supplies have been dispatched.
