India is a poor country, the Indian people are suffering from poverty, Indians are lagging behind in education and employment, India depends on other countries for technological development, India’s economic and political situation is not that great.

This is how foreigners used to talk about India till a few years ago. That black and white era has been put to an end. MAKE IN INDIA, DIGITAL INDIA, modern India, self-reliant economy, phenomenal growth in technology, scientific development to the point of raising a flag on the moon, a strong army, a powerful democracy, and a youth army in the millions are all mixed up in a COLOURFUL way.

Can you believe it if I tell you that some of the richest and strongest countries today rely on India for various needs? Yes, it is true. Technology companies in Silicon Valley in America… large buildings in Dubai. Schools in London… pharmaceutical companies in Johannesburg, you can find Indians or India’s contribution everywhere. India is not just a participant in the global system, but a force that leads other countries.

Information technology would not have developed to this extent without the contribution of Indian engineers. Indians are also at the helm of important TECH companies. If we take the medical sector, India is especially famous. India is one of the countries that produces the most GENERIC drugs.

India is not a developing country in defense, space, agriculture, education. We have reached the position of a developed country. India is ranked third in the world economy in terms of gross domestic product. Not only that, we also have a share in the development of other countries. Statistics say that 18 million Indians live in various countries.

Indians pay attention to shaping everything from elections to the economy in the countries they live in. India is the largest democracy in the world, where dictatorships are rampant. While the countries of the South develop and the supply chain breaks down, the superpowers take a dependent position. Accordingly, the superpowers have realized that India has developed.

Without Indian nurses, the British health sector is likely to go to the ICU. Without our country’s TECHIEs, the Silicon Valley of America will face problems. Saudi Arabia is heavily dependent on India for crude oil exports and doctors. If the future of these 12 countries is to be good, it needs India. India is creating a stir in the global economy every day through trade agreements, cultural ties, and indirect needs.

The leaders of the world’s leading information technology companies operating in the United States, such as GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, and ADOBE, are Indians. Sundar Pichai, Satya Nadella, and Shantanu Narayanan are examples of how dependent our country is on America in the technology sector. They not only lead companies worth billions of dollars, but also shape how technology should be in the future.

India plays an important role in pharmaceutical production after TECHNOLOGY. Indian medicines, which are manufactured without any flaws, are well received in various countries.

The strong relationship between the United States and India, which are superpowers in the defense sector, is the reason for stability in the Indo-Pacific region. Indian students have participated in many studies conducted in the United States.

Talent and innovative thinking are the reason why Indians are included in international scientific teams. Indians living there also play an important role in the American economy. They send billions of dollars from the country to India.

Like the United States, India has close ties with Australia. Especially the role of Indians in the country’s economy is essential. According to the current census, two lakh Indian students are studying in Australian universities.

Indian agricultural products are increasingly exported to Australia. Similarly, the practices used by Indian farmers are followed by Australian farmers. Indians also dominate the country’s politics. The two countries are working together in various fields like military, trade, and security.

Next, let’s come to the United Arab Emirates. More than 3.5 million Indians live in the country. Indians dominate most sectors such as real estate, construction, and healthcare. Similarly, people from the United Arab Emirates have also invested heavily in India. India exports essential goods including food and medicines to the United Arab Emirates.

The two countries work together in the fields of information technology, economics, and medicine. Singapore serves as a bridge for trade and investment between India and Southeast Asia. The two countries are also working together to contain China’s dominance in the Indo-Pacific region.

When Sri Lanka was caught in a major economic crisis in 2022, India helped the country in many ways. It was the reason for stability in the economy and politics. India is also helping to develop various sectors including ports, technology, energy, and infrastructure.

Thus, 12 countries including the United States, Britain, Australia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Singapore, the Maldives, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka are working with India or depending on India in sectors such as trade, culture, energy, and military cooperation.

India, which was once a colony, is today an indispensable force in the global economy. A situation has arisen where no country can ignore the pressure exerted by India diplomatically. The day when India will become a superpower is not far off.
