Bahujan Samaj Party Tamil Nadu State President Armstrong (age 52) was standing in front of his house at 7 pm today talking to some people. Then a mysterious gang of 6 people came there on 3 motorcycles and slashed Armstrong with scythes. The gang then fled from there.
Armstrong was cut in several places by the scythe. He collapsed in a pool of blood and was rescued by the bystanders and admitted to a nearby hospital. There he died without treatment. This incident has caused a great shock in the whole of Tamil Nadu. The police have formed 5 special teams and are looking for the killers who escaped with a sickle.
In this situation, the leader of the opposition and AIADMK general secretary Edappadi Palaniswami has said that the assassination of the Tamil Nadu state president of the Bahujan Samaj Party is shocking. In this regard, he said:- I am deeply shocked and saddened to hear the news that Gujan Samaj Party’s Tamil Nadu State President @BSPArmstrong was hacked to death by mysterious persons in Chennai’s Perambur area.

If the state president of a national party is assassinated, what is the point of criticizing law and order in the DMK regime? How do criminals get the courage to kill? I strongly condemn the Vidya DMK chief who has pushed law and order to such a level that crimes are being committed without any fear of the police, government or the law.
