Actor Mohanlal has welcomed the Justice Hema Committee report which revealed that Malayalam actresses are facing sexual harassment.
Speaking at a program held in Thiruvananthapuram, he requested that no one should destroy the Malayalam Film Artists Association as the investigation is going on regarding the sexual allegations.
Mohanlal said that the release of the Hema Committee report by the state government was the right decision and said that the Malayalam Film Artists Association is a hard working organization.
Actor Mohanlal asserted that it was wrong to criticize everyone for accusing a few and that the wrongdoers should be punished.
He said that he is considering the problems faced by young actors and he said that he will give full cooperation to the investigation.
