Central Minister Kumaraswamy said that Karnataka never gave trouble to Tamil Nadu.
Central Heavy Industries Minister Kumaraswamy said in a press conference in Delhi:-
5, 6 TMC daily to Tamil Nadu. (One TMC is 100 crore cubic feet) of water flows. Additional water has gone to Tamil Nadu in June and July than the water to be supplied. Karnataka has not always troubled Tamil Nadu. The Tamil Nadu government should adopt Karnataka’s Meghadatu scheme in terms of using surplus water.
The Karnataka Congress government is politicizing the few. Congressmen are belittling central ministers. I am egotistical. We are our culture. Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar did not know this simple philosophy. This is what he said.
