While the NEET examination for junior medical course is in controversy, the Supreme Court has announced that the trial will begin on the 18th, consolidating all the cases filed in the lower courts in this regard.

The NEET question paper was leaked early and grace marks were given to the students who missed the exam which created a lot of controversy.

Therefore, more than 30 petitions were filed in various courts across the country, including the Rajasthan High Court, seeking re-examination of NEET. In this case, a petition was filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of the national selection agencies to investigate all these cases together.

The bench headed by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, which heard the petition, approved it and said that the hearing will be held on these petitions from the 18th.
