Television actor Paras Kalnawat, known for his performances in popular serials like Anupamaa and Kundali Bhagya, has stepped into a fresh avatar, and fans are thoroughly enjoying it. For the very first time, he has paired up with social media personality Anjali Arora in a brand-new music video titled Dhadke Yeh Dil. The track, rendered by Payal Dev and Ash King, was launched on Tuesday, 3rd June.
Set against the scenic backdrop of a rainy night, the video begins with Anjali working in a quiet eatery where she comes across Paras—drenched in rain and exuding mystery. For her, it was love at first sight. Though the café had shut for the day, she still offered him a meal. What follows is a dreamlike portrayal of love and yearning that plays out on a stormy evening. The unique and refreshing pairing of Paras and Anjali has emerged as the main attraction of the video.
While Paras, known from Anupamaa, revealed a deeper and romantic facet in the video, Anjali charmed viewers with her tender and emotional portrayal. Together, their onscreen chemistry appeared natural and convincing. With its soulful tune, Dhadke Yeh Dil is emerging as one of the most popular romantic songs of this monsoon season. The composition is by Payal Dev, with lyrics penned by Kunaal Vermaa. The production was handled by Aditya Dev, while Srman Jain and Preet Rajput directed the video.
Released just hours ago on Apni Dhun’s YouTube channel, Dhadke Yeh Dil has already crossed 1.3 lakh views on the platform. Viewers have showered their affection not only on the song but also on the lead pair.
Speaking about Paras Kalnawat’s career, the television actor entered the industry in 2017 with Aye Zindagi. Since then, he has appeared in various TV shows, notably Star Plus’ popular drama Anupamaa, where he played the character Samar Shah. After parting ways with the production team due to some creative disagreements, Paras took a short break from TV. He is now set to make a comeback on the small screen with Colors TV’s Parineetii, co-starring Anchal Sahu, Tanvi Dogra, and Pratiksha Honmukhe.
As for Anjali Arora, she gained fame through her viral videos on social media and enjoys a massive online following. She has featured in multiple music videos and also participated in ALT Balaji’s reality show Lock Upp, where she ended her journey as the second runner-up.
