The Delhi High Court dismissed the petition filed by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal against the CBI’s arrest in the Delhi liquor policy violation case.
Also, the Delhi High Court directed that Kejriwal can approach the lower court seeking bail in this case.
It is noteworthy that Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI and imprisoned in Tihar Jail in the Delhi Liquor Policy Abuse Complaint.
