Private Finance Company Employees Arrested for Assault and Obscene Remarks in Loan Repayment Dispute Near Tirupattur
In a shocking incident near Kurisilapattu in Tirupattur district, private finance company employees were arrested for assaulting a man and making obscene remarks about his wife and daughter over a loan repayment dispute.
Sathyanarayanan, a resident of Narayanapuram, had taken a home loan of ₹5 lakh from a private finance company. He still had ₹2.6 lakh left to repay. Due to some delay in the repayment, employees from the finance company visited his house and engaged in a heated argument with him.
The situation escalated when the employees physically assaulted Sathyanarayanan and allegedly made inappropriate and obscene remarks about his wife and daughter. Following the assault, he was admitted to the government hospital for treatment.
Upon receiving a complaint, the police registered a case and arrested the private finance company employees involved in the incident. Further investigations are underway.
