A resolution was passed on behalf of the AIADMK throughout Tamil Nadu against Sasikala, who has been acting in a confusing manner in the AIADMK.
The AIADMK, led by AIADMK co-ordinator O. Panneerselvam and co-coordinator Edappadi Palanisamy, faces 75 seats and is the strongest opposition party in the country. In this context, Sasikala, who has distanced himself from politics, has been talking to volunteers with the aim of undermining the value of the people in the AIADMK.
Following this, the AIADMK MLAs meeting passed a unanimous resolution against Sasikala. Fifteen AIADMK leaders who spoke to Sasikala were expelled from the party. Following this, the resolution was passed in AIADMK district associations across Tamil Nadu in support of this resolution. The resolution was passed by senior party executives led by co-coordinator Edappadi Palanisamy at the AIADMK office in Salem district.
Similarly, the district administration passed the resolution in support of the resolution passed by the AIADMK leadership against Sasikala on behalf of Villupuram district AIADMK. Former minister CV Shanmugam read out the resolution against Sasikala. At the time, Sasikala, who was convicted in a corruption case, was ineligible to even be a basic member of the AIADMK. We strongly condemn Sasikala and his family for acting in a confusing manner in the AIADMK. Sasikala acts in such a way as to confuse the AIADMK with pain and gloom. They spread the deceptive web that the superpowers can be exploited as parasites that exploit labor and poisonous weeds that destroy reputation.
Sasikala is staging a bizarre drama by talking to some people on the phone that the supremacist is going to be kidnapped. AIADMK volunteers were urged not to keep in touch with Sasikala and his family members. Subsequently, the resolution was passed unanimously with the support of the executives.
