Roadies XX: Gullu Betrays Gautam Gulati, Joins Elvish Yadav’s Gang

Gullu was given a major chance to betray his own gang leader, Gautam Gulati, in return for a big advantage in the grand finale.

As Roadies XX moves steadily towards its grand finale, the show is delivering on its central theme of “double cross.” With contestants betraying their own gang leaders and leaders using strategy to backstab their teammates, the intensity of the show continues to build. The most recent episode was no different. After Gullu, also known as Kushal Tanwar, won the much-coveted ‘Ticket to Finale’, the game took a dramatic turn, courtesy of original host Rannvijay Singha.

Adding a fresh twist to Roadies XX, Gullu was handed a golden opportunity to betray his gang leader, Gautam Gulati, for a crucial edge in the finale. The condition? He had to switch gangs. Without any hesitation, Gullu stunned everyone by opting to join his former gang leader, Elvish Yadav. This decision left both contestants and gang leaders shocked and disappointed.

Reacting to the betrayal, Gautam lost his cool and said he didn’t expect this from Gullu. He remarked, “After winning the task, you became a hero in everyone’s eyes. But now, people will see you as a zero. They’ll think of you as someone who backstabs. But it’s actually good you left my gang—I don’t like disloyal people anyway.” Elvish, however, came to Gullu’s defence, saying, “He’s still a hero, and what he did was the right move.”

The ‘Ticket to Finale’ challenge itself was an intense contest between four participants—Gullu, Yogesh, Manmeet, and Rohit. Even before the task began, the four joined hands to deceive Hartaaj, effectively knocking him and Prince’s gang out of the finale task.

The task started with the four contestants climbing a rope to reach a steel platform suspended high in the air. Yogesh and Gullu were the first to reach the top, followed closely by Rohit. Manmeet struggled to climb the rope and failed to reach the platform.

Rohit, Gullu, and Yogesh then moved on to the next part of the challenge, which involved solving a mathematical puzzle. Following that, the contestants had to ride a bike to the finish line. At the end, host Rannvijay announced the task results—Yogesh finished third, while Gullu beat Rohit by just one second in a nail-biting finish. Rohit and his gang leader Rhea Chakraborty were left visibly upset and disheartened.
