A summons was pasted at Seeman’s house, ordering her to appear for questioning today in the sexual assault case. The issue of tearing up this summons caused a big stir. In this situation, it has been reported that Seeman will appear at the police station this evening.
Actress Vijayalakshmi filed a complaint with the Valasaravakkam police in 2011, alleging that Seeman, the chief coordinator of the Naam Tamilar Party, had cheated her by promising to marry her. Vijayalakshmi has withdrawn this complaint against Seeman. However, the police are investigating the case as per the court order.
Following this, the police went to actress Vijayalakshmi’s house in Bangalore and conducted an investigation there for about 7 hours. They seized important documents and photographs related to the case from there. A summons was pasted at Seeman’s house yesterday, stating that Seeman should cooperate in the actress’ sexual assault case and that arrest action would be taken if she did not cooperate.
However, the summons was torn as soon as it was pasted. An argument broke out between the police inspector who came to investigate the tearing of the summons and Seeman’s house guard. A scuffle ensued between the police and the guards. When the police asked for the gun the guard was holding, he refused to hand it over. At one point, tension arose as he raised the gun above his head. Following this, the police arrested both the guards, Subhakar and Amalraj. They also confiscated the gun.
The summons states that Seeman should appear at the Valasaravakkam police station today (Friday) at 11 am in connection with this case. In this situation, it has been reported that Seeman will appear at the Valasaravakkam police station today at 6 pm.
