The Principal Sessions Court of Madras dismissed the petition filed by Senthil Balaji seeking to postpone the decision on the petition seeking release from the Enforcement Directorate case.
Former Minister Senthil Balaji has filed a petition in the Principal Sessions Court of Madras seeking postponement of the order on the petition seeking release from the Unlawful Money Transfer Prohibition Act case.
In it, it has been requested that the judgment of the appeal against the order dismissing the appeal seeking to postpone the hearing of the case pending in the Special Court pending the hearing of the case pending in the Madras High Court, pending the completion of the trial of the pending case in the Transport Department.
Judge Alli Senthil, who heard the petition, dismissed the petition filed by Balaji.
Further, he has announced that the order on the petition filed by Senthil Balaji seeking release from the Enforcement Department case will be issued on July 16.
