Chandramohan and Dhanalakshmi, residents of Velachery, were involved in a brawl at Chennai’s Marina Road, where they allegedly used abusive language towards a police officer while under the influence of alcohol.
As the police tried to control the situation, the duo continued their unruly behavior. Following the altercation, the Mylapore police registered a case against both of them under four different sections. Subsequently, Chandramohan and Dhanalakshmi were arrested.
After their arrest, the two have filed a bail petition in court. The case is now pending further legal proceedings. Incidents like these highlight the importance of maintaining law and order in public spaces and reinforce that those violating the law will face consequences.
