The budget that disappointed the people… VK Sasikala criticizes..!

Former AIADMK General Secretary V.K. Sasikala has strongly criticized the recent financial statement presented by the Tamil Nadu government. In a statement released by her, she alleged that the DMK government has merely made empty announcements in its budget, attempting to mislead the public without introducing any concrete welfare measures.

Earlier, the Tamil Nadu government had tabled its financial report for the current year in the state assembly. While the report included several new announcements and schemes, Sasikala claimed that there was no solid framework to ensure their implementation. She further accused the government of using the budget as a tool to deceive the people repeatedly, rather than focusing on genuine governance.

She pointed out that a responsible government should prioritize the welfare of the people, but instead, the current administration has been inefficient in its governance. According to her, there has been no introduction of significant schemes in crucial sectors such as agriculture, education, healthcare, and industrial development. She criticized the DMK-led government for presenting a budget filled with mere promises rather than real solutions to address the state’s economic and social issues.

Sasikala further remarked that the people of Tamil Nadu feel deceived by the government’s financial policies and its lack of tangible efforts to uplift their livelihoods. She asserted that the DMK is attempting to cover up its administrative failures, but the public is closely observing its actions. She concluded by stating that without real progress and beneficial policies, empty statements alone cannot satisfy the people.
