Prime Minister Modi today launched a special training program for about one lakh Corona frontline personnel across the country. Speaking at the time, he said, “The public must remain vigilant. Because the corona virus is still with us. It is likely to achieve metamorphosis.
The federal government is committed to making the corona vaccine free for all people. In the 2nd wave of Corona T, we saw what kind of challenges the corona virus has brought before us. We need to make sure that the nation is ready to face even more challenges. With this in mind, a project has been launched to prepare about 1 lakh Corona frontline personnel across the country.
This training will prepare Corona staff for 6 different tasks. I.e. home treatment assistance, basic treatment assistance, modern treatment assistance, emergency care assistance, sample collection assistance and medical equipment assistance will be taught separately in this course.
The project will be implemented at a cost of Rs 276 crore through Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 3.0. This specialized training will develop non-medical health professionals. Through them, the health sector will be able to meet the future manpower requirements.
Work is underway to build about 1,500 oxygen plants to ensure oxygen requirements for each district across the country, ”he said.
