This morning (June 22) the stock market traded with an edge. After this, the Sensex is currently up 450 points.
The benchmark Sensex of the Bombay Stock Exchange was up 450.94 points at 53,025.40. This is an increase of 0.91 percent in the total trade.
Similarly, the Nifty of the National Stock Exchange also rose 139.50 points to 15,886. This is an increase of 0.92 per cent in total turnover.
Out of the top 30 companies listed in the Sensex, the shares of 25 have risen. Shares of only 5 companies fell.
Shares of Maruti Suzuki were up 4.09 per cent, L&T 2.05 per cent, Ultra Tech Cement 1.56 per cent and ICICI Bank 1.42 per cent.
