The state of Telangana is the first state in the country to fully withdraw the corona curfew.
Corona spread in India has just begun to decline. Corona damage, which went up to four lakh last May, has now dropped to less than one lakh.
Thus all the states are slowly lifting the corona curfew restrictions. In this context, the state cabinet has decided to withdraw the corona curfew in Telangana as a precautionary measure.
The Telangana government has taken this decision as the 2nd wave of corona spread has started to subside. Accordingly, the state government has announced that all restrictions imposed during the curfew will be lifted.
On the Facebook page of the Telangana Chief Minister’s Office, he said, “The state cabinet has decided to lift the curfew altogether. The number of corona cases and the positive rate have dropped.
The decision was taken based on the doctors’ recommendation.
