Indian Navy personnel Mahesh stated that conducting a successful attack against Pakistan is a matter of pride. At Chennai’s Marina Beach, under the Swachh Bharat (Clean India) initiative, over 50 Indian Navy personnel participated in cleaning up garbage and plastic waste along the shoreline.
Alongside them, many volunteers also took part in the cleanliness drive.
During a press interaction, Mahesh, an Indian Navy personnel from Tamil Nadu, said that carrying out an attack against Pakistan and achieving victory is a great honor. He also emphasized that Navy personnel are always ready whenever called upon.
Mahesh expressed, “The attack on Pakistan demonstrated the strength and capability of our Navy. We are always prepared to take up arms and protect our nation whenever required.”
He highlighted that the intensive training and dedication of the Indian Navy have ensured the security of the country. Apart from protecting the nation’s borders, the Navy also actively contributes to social causes.
By participating in the Swachh Bharat cleanliness drive, the Navy shows its commitment not only to defense but also to environmental protection. Removing plastic and other waste from the coastline helps preserve the marine ecosystem, where the Indian Navy plays a leading role.
